4E Format

4E format (4th Edition format) is a format in which the only legal cards are ones printed with the 4th Edition bug or were promo cards made legal by Phoenix Interactive's word or policies.

In the common nomenclature, people commonly use the terms "4E legal" or "Fourth edition" to refer to cards legal in 4E format.
