Medusan Lord

Medusan Lords (MLs) are the highest and most difficult challenge that Warlord CCG offers; they are the top of the challenge system. A Medusan Lord is an extremely high-level character who acts as warlord of their deck. They typically begin the game with items equipped to them to make them even more powerful. Each Medusan Lord and their unique items are literally one-of-a-kind cards printed on unique card stock. During their tenure owning the game, Medusan Lords were printed directly in AEG's offices. To challenge a Medusan Lord a player must first attend an event where one is being played. They must then submit an unsigned Dragon Lord for signing. If a player defeats a Medusan Lord, it is theirs to keep along with the unique items it possesses. In the beginning of the program only a select few AEG employees had Medusan Lord decks, but with time the program has been expanded to reward some of the hardest working volunteers with Medusan Lords of their own. Each Medusan Lord runner gets to design their own Medusan Lord and their items and their own decks for them. Additionally, Medusan Lord runners own the Medusan Lords and may do with them as they please, which has seen some of them transferred from player to player, retired, or auctioned for charity.

@Deverenians have had two Medusan Lords which have had multiple copies circulating at once: Archos Loth and Gixu the Jester.

+Deverenians have had two pairs of Medusan Lords. Both Ossay M'Andaeus/Emaline Faydra and Baruuk & Lady al-Semmeya were played together during a challenge, with Baruuk & the Lady being the only Doubles Medusan Lord ever.
